DAY 1: HIGHLANDS HOUSE BOUTIQUE, HARARE
Upon arrival at the Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport, you will be picked for a road transfer to Highlands House Boutique for your 1-night stay.
Dinner at lodge, (own account).
Overnight: Highlands House

DAY 2: WILDERNESS RUCKOMECHI, MANA POOLS NATIONAL PARK
In the morning, you will be picked for a transfer to Robert Mugabe International Airport for an onward charter flight to Mana Pools for your 3 nights stay at Wilderness Rukomechi.
Soon after checking in, you will go for a river cruise later in the afternoon.

Overnight: Wilderness Ruckomechi
Situated in a large private concession in the heart of the Zambezi Valley’s Mana Pools National Park, Wilderness Ruckomechi looks out from the banks of the mighty Zambezi River. It is a remote, picturesque place with spectacular views of the broad flowing river, the adjacent woodland, and the mountains of the Rift Valley escarpment.
Ten spacious and beautifully decorated en-suite tents, including two family rooms, lie beneath the ana trees, best-beloved of local elephant for their nutritious seeds. The camp’s central living space includes an inviting fire pit for pleasant evenings beneath the African night skies. Other unique features include a pool which overlooks a broad sweep of river, an outdoor “bath with a view” in a secluded, scenic spot, and a romantic Star Bed by a busy waterhole.
Open 4×4 vehicles, motorised pontoon boats, canoes and good old safari boots facilitate the wildlife viewing. Wilderness Ruckomechi is open throughout the dry (winter) season.
INSIDER’S TIP: A boat cruise along the mighty Zambezi is a wonderful way to see wildlife and waterbirds from a different perspective. For the more adventurous – there’s the option of canoeing along this famous river!

Explore the varying habitats within our private concession, as well as the National Park, accessing a diversity of habitats, and therefore a wide range of wildlife which resides in each one.
Guided Nature Walks
Mana Pools National Park is a remote, astonishing place that is best experienced on foot. Learn to listen for alarm calls as you venture through the wilderness led by a professional guide. This fantastic way of exploring the surrounding bush, looking out for the spoor and tracks of animals, often heralds many exciting sightings.

DAY 5 WILDERNESS LINKWASHA, EASTERN HWANGE NATIONAL PARK
In the morning you transfer on a charter flight to Hwange for your 3 nights stay at Linkwasha Camp.

Overnight: Wilderness Linkwasha
Wilderness Linkwasha is a luxurious camp that lies in a private concession in the enormously productive south-eastern corner of Hwange National Park. Situated on the edge of the famed Ngamo Plains, which offers fantastic summer game viewing, the camp looks over a magnificent plain and a pan that is a magnet for game year-round, especially in the dry winter months.
The fresh, open, and airy design of Wilderness Linkwasha is complemented by an eclectic mix of contemporary interiors. On this day, you will go for a full day game drive. Game drives in the Linkwasha private concession give you a chance to explore the wonders of Hwange. Lions, Elephant, and Buffalo are all residents in this area, and often move through camp. With all the accompanying plains game being plentiful, eland, impala, wildebeest, giraffe and many more.

DAY 9: PALM RIVER HOTEL, VICTORIA FALLS (ZIMBABWE)
Soon after breakfast, you explore the falls up close and on foot. Feel the thunder, be touched by the mist and enjoy endless great views as you walk the path hovering up close to the falls with an experienced guide.
In the early afternoon, soon after tour of the falls, you will be transferred to Lookout Cafe for you lunch where you have the spectacular views of the Batoka Gorge, Vic Falls Bridge and Spray of the Falls.
In the evening, you have dinner at the Boma. The Boma is a legendary dining and entertainment experience that offers an unforgettable fusion of mouth-watering local cuisine, energetic dance performances, interactive drumming, and traditional storytelling. The four-course meal includes a delicious platter of starters, soup from the campfire, a braai (barbecue) buffet, followed by a selection of desserts (Drinks Own Account).
Guided tour of the Falls (Zimbabwe)
A view of the Victoria Falls is something you will never forget and the best way to see them is on a guided tour. Discover how the Falls were formed and what local customs and traditions surround them. These tours are extremely informative and end with a visit to the local art and crafts centre.

The Boma – Dinner & Drum Show is a “must do” Victoria Falls dining and entertainment experience, specializing in traditional African food, drumming, and dancing. The food is cooked and served in the style and quantity of a lavish feast, including irresistible desserts.
On arrival, you are dressed in a chitenge (traditional sarong) and welcomed into a vibrant atmosphere in which the tantalizing aromas of local dishes and game meat on the braai (barbecue) fill the restaurant, which is partially open to the star-filled African sky.
Your meal begins with a mouth-watering platter of starters whilst the buffet includes soup from the campfire, a range of salads, game meat cooked on a braai (barbecue), followed by desserts. Vegetarian options are also available, as well as local dishes such as peanut butter spinach

DAY 10: PALM RIVER HOTEL, VICTORIA FALLS (ZIMBABWE)
This day trip is divided into two parts: in the morning we have a game viewing boat cruise on the Chobe river, and in the afternoon, we embark on a game drive through the National Park. Each activity is 3 hours and in-between you’ll enjoy a buffet lunch at a local hotel. By the way, the Chobe River is one of the only rivers in the world that flows in two directions. In the dry season the river flows East, but in the rainy season, the Zambezi River pushes upstream to reverse the flow of the river towards the West.

The ultimate safari experience unfolds on a day trip to Chobe National Park in Botswana, which boasts the world’s largest elephant population. The game cruise on the Chobe River brings you close to brilliant bird life, pods of wallowing hippos, primeval crocodiles and elephants in their sheer number. The afternoon land-based safari heads deeper into the Park to spot the elusive big cats that call Chobe their home.
