Overview

East Africa is the home of the Safari. For over a hundred-year East Africa has attracted adventurers and romantics from all over the globe. This has been the setting of some of history’s greatest adventure tales. This is the home of Out of Africa, a place where setting out on an adventure into the wilderness became an age-old tradition. The spirit of the Safari lives on today. The lure of East Africa has always been the same, the sheer variety of landscape, wildlife, human cultures, and experience.

Everyone should have the opportunity once in their lifetime to stand on the great savannah of Serengeti to witness one of the last wildlife spectacles on planet earth. Mix this safari with luxury accommodations of authentic Africa of days gone by, and you will not only have hundreds of great images but also an experience of a lifetime. The romance of sundown drinks and of evenings around a campfire with the distant roar of a lion in the African night can still be found in here in on the great savannahs of Africa.

PLEASE NOTE :

In the event, beyond our control, such as political unrest, natural disasters, overbooking by the lodge, where a change is required, we will do our best to keep you close to the original location. It is our intention for you to have the best possible experience. We will try to notify you of any

Over 2 million ungulates, 4,000 lions, 1,000 leopards, 550 cheetahs and some 500 bird species inhabit an area close to 15,000 square kilometers in size. Today, most visitors come here with one aim alone - to witness millions of wildebeest, zebra, gazelle and eland on a mass trek to quench their thirst for water and to eat fresh grass. During this great cyclical movement, these ungulates move around the ecosystem in a seasonal pattern.

The rest of the afternoon is at leisure at your lodge at the crater rim.

Pride of Ngorongoro Crater

The following day we descend 2,000 feet into this ancient collapsed volcano, passing through lush rainforest and thick vegetation, on our way to the largest concentration of animals in Africa. A variety of environments—grassland, swamps, forests and lakes—yield a staggering variety of animals: lions, zebras, buffaloes, rhinos, elephants, gazelles and wildebeests just to name a few. And because the grasses are short, it is infinitely easy to spot the remarkable

creatures here… each turn of the head brings an exciting new vista. We return to the Lodge in time for evening cocktails and to recall the dizzying array of wildlife we saw that day.
